It’s never good to lose your self-esteem in a relationship, no matter how much or how little your partner loves you. You appear less attractive when you lack self-esteem. A question such as this shows that you are lacking in self-esteem.
3. DO YOU LIKE HIM/HER?
No matter what point you are driving at, this kind of question could make your partner uncomfortable, even if it’s a friendly joke.
Also, this question reveals that you are probably jealous.
4. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR EX
An ex is and should remain in the past, no matter what. Bringing up talks about an ex with your partner is a topic you should refrain from.
5. WHY ARE YOU SO…?
Except they are words like beautiful, lovely and the lot, any other word that completes this question should be avoided. People ask their partners questions like: “why are you so stupid?”, “why are you so frustrating?” “why are you so selfish?”
These questions would only lead to further friction and tension in your relationship.
6. ARE YOU SURE YOU AREN’T LYING?
Whether it’s ‘are you sure you aren’t lying?’ or ‘are you sure you are saying the truth?’, they go on to show that you don’t trust your partner, and no matter the answer they give, you still wouldn’t be sure of them. This question expresses doubt in your partner, and it would be annoying and unfair to that person if he/she was really telling the truth.
Some questions would do more harm than good to your relationship and these questions would definitely not help your relationship
